What You’ll Do
- Provide engaging and inclusive leadership to maintain an emotionally and physically safe environment for clients and staff
- Observe, evaluate, and supervise staff and clients daily
- Oversee the provision of active treatment and daily activities within the program
- Enhance treatment engagement and outcomes through effective supervision and support

What We’re Looking For
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work/Services, Human Services, Education, Criminal Justice, Criminology, or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred
- Licensure/Certification: Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance

Experience:
- Two or more years of direct care experience in a residential and/or psychiatric hospital environment, or
- Two or more years of management experience, or
- A combination of management, education, and direct care experience
- Skills: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook email
- Must be at least 20 years old to apply
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
