Team Supervisor – Camber Children’s Mental Health Hospital, Wichita, KS

Salary: Starting at $21.50 per hour (increases based on education & experience)

Schedule: Full time; evenings, overnights, and weekends

In this important role, you will provide engaging and inclusive leadership, oversee daily activities and active treatment, and ensure an emotionally and physically safe environment for all.

What You’ll Do

• Provide engaging and inclusive leadership to maintain an emotionally and physically safe environment for clients and staff
• Observe, evaluate, and supervise staff and clients daily
• Oversee the provision of active treatment and daily activities within the program
• Enhance treatment engagement and outcomes through effective supervision and support

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work/Services, Human Services, Education, Criminal Justice, Criminology, or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred
• Licensure/Certification: Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance
• Experience:
  • Two or more years of direct care experience in a residential and/or psychiatric hospital environment, or
  • Two or more years of management experience, or
  • A combination of management, education, and direct care experience
• Skills: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook email
• Must be at least 20 years old to apply
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
