Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Travel Assignment | Nights | Petoskey, MI
Location: Petoskey, Michigan (416 Connable Ave, Petoskey, MI 49770)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Strong Potential for Extension)
Shift: 3x12-Hour Night Shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
On-Call Requirement: None

We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for an exciting 13-week travel assignment in Petoskey, Michigan. Key Responsibilities
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with acute and chronic cardiopulmonary conditions
- Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and respiratory treatments
- Manage and monitor ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP, and airway support equipment
- Respond to respiratory emergencies and code situations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes
- Provide respiratory care to neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Michigan Respiratory Therapist License
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Minimum 2 years of recent Respiratory Therapy experience
- Current ACLS Certification (AHA)
- Current BLS Certification (AHA)
- Current NRP Certification
- Strong critical care and patient assessment skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel healthcare experience
- Experience working in hospital and acute care settings
- Ventilator management and critical care expertise
