Camarillo Fitness is looking for energetic, customer-focused team members to join us as Sales Associates. In this key front-of-house role, you’ll be the face of the studio—greeting members, managing sales, and supporting the overall studio experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact—welcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
- Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options
- Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products
- Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory’s established sales systems
- Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach
- Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience
- Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment
Qualifications:
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail sales preferred)
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within the CamFit community
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in fitness or wellness environments.
- Familiarity with membership management and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of facility maintenance and gym equipment management.
- Experience in supporting or managing multi-location operations.
- MS Office platform and troubleshooting experience
Salary : $14 - $16
