We are seeking a qualified Assistant Studio Manager that is keen on driving sales and service excellence for our professional group fitness training facilities in our various markets. The position will begin as an ASM working side-by-side with the studio manager. The Assistant Studio Manager role is designed to support and optimize the daily operations of our fitness company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient facility management, coordinating operational processes, and enhancing the overall member experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, driving sales, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in the fitness industry. Key Responsibilities:Properly managing and exceeding all OTF sales and operational budgetsLead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales drivers (pre-sale events, studio events, outreach)Responsible for overseeing the sales process and systemsHelp the SM manage, monitor, coach-develop and evaluate the performance of all OTF-related managers and staffCompliance and adherence to OTF Business Policies for daily studio operationsMonitor the hiring, training and scheduling of all OTF studio staffAid in the recruiting and on-boarding all new OTF employeesModel all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)Train and mentor new hires for ongoing success and future growthEnsure OTF branding through consistency and continuity in all actionsProperly empower, monitor and evaluate specifically assigned responsibilities of sales team and fitness teamAssist in meeting performance metrics (KPI's), revenue, ordering, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenanceBe promotionally-oriented and have the ability to direct sales through company required outreach programs Collaborate with the leadership team to implement new technologies and tools.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.Qualifications:Education:Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 years of management experience preferredAbility to work and function in a TEAM environmentFlexible to work day, evening, holiday, and/or weekend hours as neededHealth & Fitness minded people with a passion for fitness strongly preferredMin 1-2 years of previous sales experience requiredMin 0.5-2 years of management experience required, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiring, training, supporting, discipline, and terminationPrevious management experience in the health & fitness industry strongly recommendedStrong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanorSolid verbal and written communication skills requiredAbility to multi-task and manage client and staff concernsStrong computer skills required with knowledge of MS office programs (Excel, Word)Excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, fun, and successful environment for staff and clientsExperience in managing facility operations and supporting customer service teams.Skills:Strong organizational and time management abilities.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Proficiency in fitness management software (Mindbody preferred).Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with health and safety regulations in fitness facilities.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in fitness or wellness environments.Familiarity with membership management and CRM platforms.Knowledge of facility maintenance and gym equipment management.Experience in supporting or managing multi-location operations.MS Office platform and troubleshooting experience Requirements:
