- Proactively collaborate between departments to resolve customer order, inventory availability, and shipment scheduling opportunities.
- Coordinate customer order pickup scheduling and retail shipment requirements per customer supplier agreements.
- Generate adhoc reports and compile order/shipment information to support customer service efforts across departments.
- Maintain open communication with designated customers to promote desired service level.
