Role
The Operations Manager leads all field execution within their assigned region, asset class vertical or service line specialty. Responsible for labor efficiency, routing, quality control, safety, performance management, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Lead day porters, landscape crews, irrigation techs, steam cleaners, and handyman staff
• Conduct QC walks and client-facing inspections
• Manage daily routing and labor efficiency
• Enforce SOPs and safety standards
• Resolve escalations rapidly
• Use Aspire CRM daily to enter Work Tickets, approve payroll
• Recruit, coach, and develop field talent
Success Measures
• QC scores
• Labor efficiency
• Rework reduction
• Client retention
• Safety performance
Compensation
• Base salary from $70,000 per year
• Quarterly and Annual bonus plan based on Extra Work sales and operational improvements in gross profit and margins
• Company vehicle, fuel card and maintenance
