About the Role
The Facility Services Division Manager serves CAM's commercial and multifamily clients. No day is the same. Responsibilities include oversight of On Demand calls for commercial handyman, hauling, and graffiti to scheduling of maintenance technicians to perform multifamily unit turns, and special projects like trash chute repair.
Most importantly, this leader will champion and scale the Mercury Constellation™ workforce development model throughout CAM's Southern and Central California footprint.
Responsibilities
- Full P&L ownership
- Leadership and development over your supervisory team
- Implement job ladders and certifications under Mercury Constellation™
- Improve labor efficiency and routing
- Drive continuous improvement and SOP adoption
- Strengthen client relationships and account retention

Compensation
- Base salary from $90,000 per year
- Annual incentive plan based on operational improvements in gross profit and gross margins. Target: 20% of base salary
