We are searching for a safety conscious individual to join our team of people who want to be the best at what they do, who think just “good” is never good enough, who take pride in their work and want to work with others who feel the same way.   Visit us at https://www.camindustrialsolutions.com/.   We are seeking a team player willing to work in a collaborative environment and enthusiastic about continuous improvement.    Position Summary   The General Foreman must have the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by his/her immediate supervisor; provide the necessary information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools, and equipment needed for crew(s) to accomplish the work.     Primary Responsibilities   Assist in planning and scheduling; enforce safe practices and job safety programs  Monitor all paperwork for accuracy, clarity, and completeness; analyze the work to find a more productive cost-efficient method  Monitor performance and provide written evaluation, assistance, and training to all assigned employees  Prepare employees for additional responsibilities; and keep the proper management informed of all significant information    Qualifications  Minimum 6 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience  NCEER Certified Plus (Preferred)  Supervisory experience (Preferred)
