Senior Electrical Construction Crew Lead.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Crew Lead to oversee and coordinate electrical construction projects on-site. This role is vital in ensuring that electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a leader within the team, you will supervise electrical crews, manage project schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Your expertise in construction management and electrical systems will drive project success from start to finish, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Duties

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on construction sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications
• Coordinate daily activities with project managers, contractors, and other trades to meet project timelines and objectives
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide installation processes
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, or Bluebeam for scheduling, documentation, and communication
• Conduct quality control inspections using tools like ohmmeters to verify electrical systems meet standards and schematics are correctly implemented
• Manage project budgets by tracking labor hours, material usage, and equipment needs; assist in construction estimating when necessary
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings to promote a safe working environment

Requirements

• Proven management experience supervising electrical or construction crews on large-scale projects
• Extensive construction site experience with a strong understanding of electrical systems and installation procedures
• Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Primavera P6 or Primavera P6, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools
• Knowledge of contracts, project scheduling, budgeting, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols specific to electrical work on construction sites
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately; experience with Ohmmeters for system testing is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining high standards of quality control and safety compliance

Pay: $20.00 - $39.00 per hour
