About Us:
CAM Educational Services is a fast-growing STEAM/Tech-focused after-school and summer camp provider. We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Director to lead and enhance our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Structure & Operations: Develop and manage a comprehensive HR framework, including hiring, onboarding, training, and termination processes.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations, collaborating with legal counsel as necessary.
- Payroll & Documentation: Oversee payroll processes, manage HR software like ADP, and ensure accurate documentation (e.g., W-2s, contractor agreements).
- Performance Management: Implement systems for evaluating staff performance, determining promotions, and supporting professional development.
- Staff Engagement & Recognition: Create and implement recognition and reward programs for staff achievements and milestones.
- Seasonal Staffing: Collaborate with program managers to meet hiring needs during peak periods like summer and spring break.
- Direct Hire Services: Develop pricing structures and innovative HR services for our school district partners.
- Strategic Planning: Proactively research industry best practices and recommend improvements to the executive team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a remote or international context.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll systems, and relevant software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
