Daycare Instructor
CAM Edu is looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Daycare Instructor to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga. If you enjoy working with young children and creating a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Lead age-appropriate educational, recreational, and enrichment activities.
- Assist children with homework and daily learning activities when needed.
- Foster positive behavior and social development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and fellow team members.
- Follow CAM Edu policies and all licensing and safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, after-school program, or similar setting preferred.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- CPR/First Aid Certification is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Background check and Live Scan clearance required before employment.
- Child Development Associate (CDA), Associate Teacher Permit, Teacher Permit, or other Early Childhood Education (ECE) certifications are highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
Schedule
- Part-time and Full-time opportunities available.
- Monday–Friday.
- Schedule may vary based on program and business needs.
Compensation
- $21–$23 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
- $25–$28 per hour for Certified Instructors depending on qualifications, certifications, and experience.
