Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of iOS and Android applications
- Design and scale infrastructure to deliver fast, reliable performance worldwide
- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers
- Collaborate with product and design teams to ship impactful features
- Maintain code quality through reviews, refactoring, and enforcing best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience building production React Native applications with real users
- Deep understanding of backend performance and optimization
- High quality standards with the ability to maintain near-perfection while shipping on time
- Creativity, strong design sense, and passion for building seamless mobile experiences
- Experience scaling infrastructure, including databases (Postgres), hosting, and networking
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience with Ethereum development
- Familiarity with Next.js and React for web
- Native mobile development experience (Swift for iOS or Kotlin for Android)
- Track record of technical leadership or mentorship
- Contributions to open-source projects
