Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced On-Site Property Manager to oversee 23 units and perform daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, customer service, and conflict resolution. This role requires a proactive approach to managing tenant relations, ensuring compliance with housing regulations, and maintaining the overall quality of the property.DutiesManage all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law.Utilize property management software such as Yardi or OneSite for data entry, filing, and customer relationship management.Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met.Handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively through strong negotiation skills.Prepare and manage lease agreements and contracts while ensuring adherence to Section 8 requirements.Implement sales strategies to promote property leasing and upsell services as needed.Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, maintenance requests, and financial transactions using CMMS systems.Collaborate with facilities management to coordinate maintenance schedules and repairs.Provide exceptional customer service to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.RequirementsProven experience in property management or real estate administration.Knowledge of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations is essential.Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with tenants.Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, OneSite) is highly desirable.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and filing tasks.Effective communication skills including phone etiquette for tenant interactions.Experience in sales or upselling services is a plus.Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
