Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and product details
- Process orders accurately and ensure timely coordination with the packing and logistics teams
- Investigate and resolve order issues, shipment delays, or customer complaints with professionalism and urgency
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or order fulfillment role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Handles last-minute changes with confidence
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with CRM systems, order management platforms, and shipping logistics is a plus
Pay rate based on relevant experience and qualifications.
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
