Residential Account Manager Landscape Company

Calvin Landscape is growing and seeking an experienced Residential Landscape Account Manager to oversee residential maintenance operations, manage relationships with existing clients, generate new business opportunities, lead field crews, and ensure exceptional service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential landscape maintenance accounts and build strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities and sell additional maintenance services and small landscape enhancement projects.
• Prepare proposals, present recommendations, and follow up with clients to secure new work.
• Schedule and coordinate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual work activities.
• Supervise crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain high quality standards.
• Assist with estimating projects and preparing proposals.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Order materials and monitor project costs.
• Train, coach, and develop crew members.
• Enforce company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Lead daily crew meetings and perform regular job site inspections.
• Serve as Snow Captain during winter operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of landscape industry experience.
• Experience with landscape maintenance, edging, mulching, pruning, and plant installation.
• Proven experience managing crews, scheduling work, and developing client relationships.
• Sales experience, preferably in landscape maintenance or enhancement services.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Irrigation and landscape lighting experience preferred.

Base salary of $55,000–$65,000 annually, depending on experience, plus commission
