RN/LPN - Day Shift

Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time

Location: Calvin Community – Long-Term Care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other staff.
• Document resident care and maintain accurate records.
• Promote dignity, comfort, and quality of life for each resident.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Iowa.
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior long-term care or geriatric experience preferred but not required.
