WE ARE SEEKING: A full-time Service Specialist with great people skills to service customers in our Cape Charles, Virginia branch location. You will also be required to float to our Onley, Virginia Branch on a regular basis, as needed.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Processing Customer deposits and withdrawals
- Account maintenance, such as address changes
- Issuing debit cards
- Responding to routine account inquiries
- Assisting customers with digital banking navigation
- Explaining products and services and making appropriate referrals
- Supporting day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Additional tasks as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior banking experience a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong communication skills
- A professional appearance

- This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime pay. We also have a discretionary bonus plan, subject to company performance.
