Calvert Safe Housing Network (CSHN) is a nonprofit organization based in Southern Maryland dedicated to providing safe, stable housing and comprehensive support services for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Founded in 2025, CSHN works to remove barriers to safety by offering emergency hotel placements, long-term housing navigation, safety planning, case management, resource coordination, community outreach, and a 24/7 survivor hotline.
We partner closely with local organizations, service providers, and community leaders to build a coordinated, trauma-informed response to violence in Calvert County. Our team is collaborative, mission-driven, and deeply committed to empowering survivors with dignity, respect, and choice.

Our clinical coordinator will serve as an advocate for survivors as well as provide trauma-informed therapeutic support and ensure clinical best practices across all programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Provides counseling, crisis intervention, and therapeutic groups
• Supervises clinical interns when applicable
• Coordinates referrals to external mental health providers
• Promotes trauma-informed care and clinical quality standards
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work required
• Licensed clinician (LCSW-C, LCPC, or equivalent)
• 2 years of experience working with survivors of trauma or domestic violence
