The Program Coordinator/Group Facilitator ensures that group work in Calvert County Behavioral Health’s Abuser Intervention Program (AIP) is aligned with the programs’ philosophy and that program participants receive the full curriculum. In addition to facilitating groups, the Program Coordinator/Group Facilitator conducts biopsychosocial intake assessments with new participants. The Program Coordinator/Group Facilitator also assists with special projects such as curriculum development, trainings, and community outreach, as well as provides back up coverage on an as needed basis.
