Pediatrician Opportunity

For over 20 years, we have served Cleveland and surrounding areas, caring for multiple generations of families. Our team reflects that same stability — many of our staff have been with us for 10–15 years, creating a supportive, experienced, and welcoming environment.

We are seeking a pediatrician who wants to build meaningful, long-term practice in a community that values continuity and connection.

The Practice

This is a well-supported outpatient pediatric-focused role designed to reduce burnout and allow you to focus on patient care:

• 20–25 patients per day
• 1–2 Medical Assistants per provider
• Dedicated referral coordinator
• Care coordination support
• Prior authorization team

You will step into an established patient base with strong pediatric demand.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• No weekends
• No hospital work
• Outpatient-only practice
• Shared call schedule (approximately 1 week every 8 weeks)
• Light call volume (average ~5 calls per week)

Flexible scheduling options available:

• 5-day traditional schedule
• 4-day work week option available with adjusted compensation structure

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $215,000 – $230,000
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $5,000 relocation assistance
• Productivity bonus structure
• Optional productivity partner program
• 4 weeks PTO
