Role Description The Civil Superintendent is a full-time, on-site role based in Brookeland, TX, responsible for overseeing daily civil construction activities and field operations. This role coordinates crews, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. The Civil Superintendent monitors site progress, conducts regular inspections, manages field documentation, and supports compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. The role involves collaborating with project management, engineering, and client representatives to resolve issues, sequence work, and optimize productivity. The Civil Superintendent also assists with planning, resource allocation, and cost tracking to support successful project delivery.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Construction Site Management skills, including supervision of crews, coordination of subcontractors, and oversight of daily field operations.
- Candidates should possess solid Construction Safety knowledge and experience, including enforcing safety standards, conducting toolbox talks, and promoting a safety-first culture.
- Candidates should possess strong Organization Skills and Project Management capabilities, including scheduling, progress tracking, and documentation control.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting and cost-control skills, including supporting quantity tracking, resource planning, and adherence to financial targets.
- Relevant experience in civil construction, industrial or renewable projects, and working with EPC contractors is highly beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents is required.
