Elementary Teacher, Preschool Aide, Aftercare Teacher, Friday Care Teacher at Calvary Christian School & Preschool, a ministry of Calvary Baptist Church, we believe every child is uniquely created by God and deserves an education that nurtures academic excellence, Christ-like character, and a lifelong love of learning. Position Summary:
Elementary Teacher (Possible Opening)
The Elementary Teacher will provide engaging, biblically integrated instruction while fostering a safe, encouraging classroom where students grow academically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally.
Aftercare Teacher (Possible Opening)
The Aftercare Teacher will create a nurturing, Christ-centered environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and early learning through developmentally appropriate activities during after school hours 4pm - 6pm.
Friday Care Teacher (Possible Opening)
The Friday Care Teacher will create a nurturing, Christ-centered environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and early learning through developmentally appropriate activities on Fridays 7am-5pm.
Preschool Aide (Possible Opening)
The Preschool Aide will support the lead teacher in providing a loving, organized classroom where young children feel safe, valued, and encouraged.
Qualifications
* A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a lifestyle consistent with Christian values.
* Agreement with the mission and beliefs of our church and school. * A heart for ministering to children and their families. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Experience working with children is preferred but training may be available for the right candidate.
