Charter Senior Living of Calumet Trace is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Medication Aide II (CMA II) to join our team for night shift (6p–6a).
This role is essential to delivering high-quality care and ensuring our residents receive safe, timely medication support while maintaining their dignity and quality of life.
REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)
Active Certified Medication Aide II (CMA II) certification (required)
Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care preferred

POSITION SUMMARY
The Certified Medication Aide II (CMA II) plays a key role in supporting residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care by providing medication administration and daily care support.
This position helps ensure residents receive the highest level of care while promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer medications accurately and safely per physician orders and state regulations
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns appropriately
Maintain accurate documentation of medications and care provided
Provide compassionate, respectful care to residents
Collaborate with nursing staff and team members to ensure continuity of care
