Calumet County Chiropractic is a fast paced and growing chiropractic office in Chilton, WI. We focus on helping infants to seniors acheive their health goals through nervous system based chiropractic care. We are centered around education of a holistic approach to health and we are looking for an energetic, friendly and compassionate individual to join our team. We see a lot of families and pediatrics so applicants must like kids. All necessary training will be provided on the job.
Job Description:
Chiropractic assistants provide quality customer experiences and build professional relationships with patients to maximize the quality and efficiency of the business. The ideal candidate must have proficient communication skills that promote a client-based focus and be able to apply problem-solving skills to real-life situations.
Chiropractic assistant responsibilities:
- Support doctors during consultations and patient re-exams
- Guide patients through intake paperwork and care progress
- Answer and make calls
- Respond to emails from patients
- Managing patient flow within the office
- Processing payments and paperwork
- Awareness of office cleanliness and organization
- Simple office cleaning: cleaning surfaces, stocking supplies, vacuuming, moping
Skills Required for Position:
- Excels with multitasking and prioritizing tasks accordingly
- Vibrant and Responsible individual at the front desk (the face of the office)

Role Qualifications:
- 2 years’ customer service experience preferred but not reuquired
Salary of Position:
- $16-$22/hr
- Full-Time
- Office Hours: Monday-Thursday both AM & PM with closures on Saturday and Sunday, and occasional Friday office hours as needed to best serve current patient flow.
