Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and send accurate invoices using various financial software platforms such as OpenInvoice, TRACK, SAP and Coupa.
- Manage accounts receivable by tracking payments, following up on overdue accounts, and reconciling discrepancies to optimize cash flow.
- Maintain detailed records of billing activities and account reconciliations for audit readiness.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures by preparing reports related to receivables.
Skills
- Track record with high-volume, fast-paced turnaround (TAR) billing cycles.
- Familiarity with pipe inspection line-item billing.
- Experience with major oil and gas vendor management systems (like Track, Ariba, or OpenInvoice).
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online.
- Proficiency in Excel data analysis for reporting and financial review purposes.
- Excellent numeracy skills combined with attention to detail for data entry and account analysis tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
