Senior Civil/Water Design Engineer$125-$135KJob Description:We are seeking a senior civil/water design engineer for the preparation of plans and specifications, cost estimates, and feasibility studies, and to provide engineering support during project construction. The senior civil/water design engineer will coordinate internal and external resources, including subconsultants, for the completion of projects within budget and on schedule. The senior civil/water design engineer will also interact with clients, and regulatory and permitting agencies.Job Requirements:· Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college;· Registration as a Professional Engineer, registration in California is a plus:· A least 10 years of progressive, broad experience in design of civil and water resources projects, including reservoirs, pump stations, pipelines, groundwater treatment systems, and disinfection systems;· Good verbal and written communication skills;· Ability to analyze and solve complex problems· Ability to work independently or as part of a project team;· A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record for at least two yearsCompany DescriptionCalTek is a manufacturing, technical, engineering and IT consulting firm that has expanded its business operations from its headquarters in San Diego, throughout all of California and into Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Texas and Washington.
