Essential DutiesRead Blueprints, tooling and set up instructions and standard charts for specificationsSet-up, and run all facets of work assignedSpot check production parts using calipers and micrometers per blueprint specifications.Monitor machine operation and report malfunctions to supervisor.Monitor tool performance through in-process quality checklists.Ensure company procedures and "best machine practices” are being always followed and are in placePerform additional related duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentMinimum 2-3 years of Manual Lathe, Mill experience, and Surface grinder.
