Full Stack Developer (.NET / C# / SQL REQUIRED)
Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 Bonus Full Benefits
About the Role
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong C#/.NET and SQL expertise to join a growing team building modern, cloud-based applications in the energy sector.
You will play a key role in designing and developing scalable software solutions that power both internal operations and customer-facing platforms. This is a hands-on engineering role in a collaborative, agile environment that values clean code, performance, and continuous improvement.
Important – Required Technical Stack
This role is specifically focused on the Microsoft stack.
Candidates must have hands-on experience with:
- C# and .NET (6 )
- SQL (writing, tuning, and optimizing queries)
Candidates without C#/.NET experience will not be considered
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using C#/.NET and modern frontend technologies
- Build and optimize SQL queries across large and complex datasets
- Develop and integrate REST and/or GraphQL APIs
- Collaborate on system architecture, technical design, and code quality standards
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work independently while managing priorities and deadlines in a hybrid environment
- Contribute to cloud-based solutions hosted in AWS
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of professional experience in software development
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- C# / .NET (6 ) — REQUIRED
- SQL (query optimization, performance tuning) — REQUIRED
- Experience building and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs
- Experience with modern development tools (Git, GitHub, CI/CD)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React
- Experience working in AWS environments (Lambda, DynamoDB, or similar)
- Familiarity with microservices or event-driven architecture
- Experience building or supporting SaaS platforms
- AWS Certification (Solutions Architect preferred)
- Experience in the energy or utilities industry (a plus)
