Title: CNC Mill Machinist (Setup & Operation)

Shift Options: Day Shift or Night Shift
Compensation: $24.00 – $34.00 per hour, DOE
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
Night Shift: 2:15 PM – 12:45 AM (Monday – Thursday, Friday Off)

Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced CNC Mill Machinists to perform setups and operation on a variety of CNC equipment. Candidates should be team-oriented individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to producing top-quality parts. Key Responsibilities:
· Set up and operate CNC mills to produce precision parts to blueprint specifications.
· Interpret and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) standards.
· Inspect machined parts using hand tools and measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specifications.
· Adjust machine settings and tooling as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
· Work collaboratively with other team members to optimize production processes.
· Communicate effectively with management and colleagues regarding production challenges or suggestions.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Mill Setup Machinist.
· Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
· Proficient in the use of precision inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, indicators, etc.).
· Familiarity with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Haas, Fadal, and Okuma preferred.
· Effective verbal and written communication skills.
