We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to handle US accounting and Indian accounting & payroll, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
US Accounting
Handle end-to-end US accounting using QuickBooks and/or Zoho Books
Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Assist in month-end and year-end closing
Support US CPA with audit and tax preparation
Indian Accounting & Compliance
Maintain books of accounts as per Indian accounting standards
Handle GST returns, TDS calculations & filings
Manage PF, ESI, PT compliance
Coordinate with auditors and consultants
Payroll
Process US & Indian payroll accurately and on time
Prepare payslips, manage deductions, reimbursements, and incentives
Maintain payroll records and statutory documentation
General Responsibilities
MIS reporting and management dashboards
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and data confidentiality
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
Strong knowledge of US accounting principles and Indian accounting practices
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and/or Zoho Books
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT
Experience in US payroll is an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good communication and coordination skills
Experience
2–5 years of experience in US & Indian accounting (flexible)
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Experience working with US CPA firms
Knowledge of US tax basics (1099, W-2, 941)
Experience with HRMS or payroll tools
