Project Management / Operations
- Assisting with project documentation
- Tracking submittals, RFIs, and schedules
- Supporting coordination between office and field teams
- Attending project meetings and site walks
- Assisting with site logistics and reporting
- Helping maintain project records and photos
- Supporting safety documentation and coordination
- Observing construction sequencing and trade coordination
- Assisting with quantity takeoffs
- Organizing bid documents
- Supporting subcontractor outreach
- Reviewing plans and specifications
- Organizing files and records
- Assisting with data entry and reporting
- Supporting internal process improvement efforts
- Helping coordinate meetings and communications
- Assisting with proposal preparation
- Supporting social media or project marketing efforts
- Organizing project photography and company materials
- Researching potential clients or opportunities
- Interest in construction, operations, engineering, business, or related fields
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative

Internship compensation will depend on experience, schedule availability, and department placement.
