Pending DOF and CalHR approval. The BenefitConnect Director is a Career Executive Assignment Level A with a salary exception maximum at $14,534/month. The starting salary for this position will be set competitively and commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
The California State Teachers’ Retirement System is seeking to fill its BenefitConnect Director position.
Under the administrative direction of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), the BenefitConnect Director, provides leadership and sets policy for BenefitConnect, CalSTRS’ core pension administration platform. This role sets clear policy direction for BenefitConnect as a long-term enterprise platform that supports the delivery of retirement, disability, survivor benefits, and other critical member services.
