Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active CA RN license & CPR certification
- Master’s degree 1 year NP hospice/palliative experience
- Specialist certification (CHPN, Geriatrics, Pediatrics) preferred
- Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting patients/equipment
