Hospice LVN – Weekends NOC
Pay: $34–38/hr mileage reimbursement
Schedule: Friday & Saturday NOC 5pm - 8:30am
Coverage Area: Los Angeles, San Gabriel Valley, Pasadena, Alhambra, Whittier, Covina & surrounding cities
Role:
Provide compassionate care to hospice patients in their homes under RN supervision. Support patients and families with end-of-life education, medication administration, safety, and treatments per MD orders.
Requirements:
- Active LVN license (CA)
- 1 year nursing experience (facility experience required)
- Current BLS
- Valid driver’s license insured vehicle
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
