What are the responsibilities and job description for the Per Diem Admission RN position at Calstro Hospice Inc.?
Admissions RN (Per Diem | Availability Mon–Fri 2PM - 10PM & Weekends 2pm - 10pm)
Pay Range: $50-57/hour mileage & sick time
HD Territory — must be open to driving within the area (Victorville, Lucerne Valley, Barstow, Apple Valley, Hesperia, Oak Hills, Boron, Phelan, etc.)
Make a difference every day as an Admissions RN with Calstro Hospice! We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented nurse to guide patients and families through their hospice journey.
What You’ll Do:
- Complete patient and family assessments and create individualized care plans
- Provide quality, compassionate hospice care
- Educate families on care needs and coordinate necessary services
- Participate in on-call rotation and weekend coverage as needed
Requirements:
- Active California RN license
- 1 year recent hospice experience
- Valid CA driver’s license, auto insurance & reliable transportation
- Current CPR, TB, and Physical
- Clear background check
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- BSN
