Position: Software Web Architect / Lead (MERN Stack)
Location: Roswell, GA (100% Onsite)
Job Description:
Must-Have:
- Translate the high-level requirement into technical requirements, design & develop the solution.
- MERN Stack, React, NodeJS, Express, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience of working with TypeScript
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservice architecture
- Experience in working with the services of any of the cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform[Should know the basics of AWS Services such as EC2, Lambda, Route53, CloudFront, API Gateway, and S3 or equivalent Azure and Google Cloud Platform services]
- Familiar with modern application deployment practices, such as continuous integration and deployment, configuration management, etc.
- Experience in writing unit test cases using Zest or a similar tool
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git or TFS and version control repositories such as Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab
- Understanding of MQTT/pub-sub communication
- Understanding of authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT, etc.)
- Customer Issue Understanding and Debugging Skills
- Derive Technical requirements by correlating with the Business requirements.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent Communicator
- Able to execute platform demos to partners
- SDLC fundamentals with agile methodology awareness
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Openness to work on various technologies
- Should have worked in an Onsite/Offshore environment
- Need to collaborate with the Product team and Sr. Management
- Able to drive strategy for development and next steps
Nice to Have
- AWS or Azure Developer Certifications
- Interfacing software with hardware devices
- Working with high volume IOT systems
- Experience with building systems and/or energy (demand response) domain.
