Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated full-time Technical Lead to join our team at our Indianapolis, IN, location. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with significant influence over our technical direction, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices. The Technical Lead’s duties and responsibilities include:

Define and recommend the overall technical architecture for scalable, secure, and maintainable systems, establishing patterns and standards for the team to follow

Collaborate on the design, development, and deployment of software applications, serving as a technical decision-maker on the implementation approach

Provide technical mentorship and guidance to teammates through pairing, code reviews, and architectural discussions

Establish and refine CI/CD pipelines for web applications and APIs
-
Design and develop microservices using various APIs
-
Drive automation and workflow improvements through innovative LLM solutions and strategies that balance speed, function, and long-term robustness

Design and maintain backend integrations with CRM platforms
-
Actively contribute to sprint planning and ceremonies, helping shape technical priorities and estimates

Conduct thorough code reviews and establish code quality standards

Perform other responsibilities and projects as directed by the Chief Technology Officer
The Skills You Need:
-
4 years of professional software development experience
-
3 years building production Django applications
-
Experience in architecting and managing cloud infrastructure on GCP, including networking, IAM, and monitoring
-
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
-
Experience working with relational databases (Postgres preferred), including schema design and query optimization
-
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

Understanding of object-oriented programming and Agile programming methodology

Strong ability to communicate technical concepts and tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders

Comfortable operating autonomously and making high-impact technical decisions
Even Better If You Have:
-
GCP Professional Cloud Architect certification, or equivalent cloud architecture credential
-
6 years of related experience
-
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience

Prior experience as a senior technical contributor on a small team
-
Python advanced Proficiency
-
CRM experience, such as Zoho or Salesforce
-
Experience developing and deploying generative AI solutions

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
