This may include janitorial, landscaping, light maintenance, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker, great communicator and ability to work with little direction. Responsibilities Performing janitorial duties such as cleaning, trash removal, floor care, and restroom maintenanceAssisting with landscaping tasks including debris removal, basic groundskeeping, and upkeep of outdoor areasSupporting building maintenance activities such as minor repairs, light painting, and general upkeepLoading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipmentUsing hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectivelyFollowing all safety procedures and company policiesQualificationsAbility to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periodsStrong attention to detailAbility to communicate verbally and via textAbility to adhere to all safety rules and regulationsKnowledge of power tools is preferredStrong teamwork and interpersonal skillsDrivers license and access to vehicle highly preferred
