Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Care & Sales Representative who excels at customer
communication and has a strong sales mindset. This role is ideal for someone who is confident
on the phone, skilled at explaining services, and motivated to convert inquiries into booked
appointments and long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
● Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and
confidence
● Schedule inspections and pest control services efficiently
● Educate customers on our services and clearly explain value and benefits
● Upsell and cross-sell applicable services when appropriate
● Assist customers and field technicians with scheduling, service questions, and order
concerns
● Handle basic billing, payment, and report-related questions
● Maintain accurate customer and job records
● Support team goals related to booking rates, conversions, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
● Strong sales ability with a customer-first approach
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Comfortable handling objections and closing appointments
● Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal oriented
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
● Strong attention to detail and organization
● Professional phone presence and positive attitude
● Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales preferred
