Make a Difference Where It Matters Most

At CalPrivate Bank, we believe banking is personal. We have deep roots in the communities we serve, and our client relationships are built on genuine care, thoughtful problem-solving, and unwavering integrity. Our solutions-based service, paired with best-in-class talent, sets us apart in the market, but it’s trust that defines who we are. It's our gold standard, the currency we trade in, and the foundation of every decision we make.

We’re looking for leaders who want more than a title. We’re looking for team players who want to make an impact. If you're driven to lead with purpose, ready to shape the future and have meaningful impact at a relationship-centered bank, CalPrivate Bank may be the place for you.

Your Opportunity: Market Manager

At CalPrivate Bank, the Market Manager serves as both a strategic business leader and a steward of the Bank’s mission, culture, and long-term growth within the communities we serve. This role is responsible for leading and overseeing one or more market areas, driving sustainable deposit and loan growth, strengthening client relationships, and developing high-performing teams that embody the Bank’s commitment to exceptional service, trusted relationships, and distinctly different financial solutions.

The Market Manager is more than a sales leader, this individual acts as the face of the Bank within their market, cultivating meaningful relationships with clients, centers of influence, business leaders, and community organizations. Through leadership, mentorship, and business development expertise, the Market Manager creates an environment where Relationship Managers and support staff are empowered to grow professionally, deliver white-glove client experiences, and contribute meaningfully to the Bank’s broader strategic objectives.

This role carries significant influence over the Bank’s local market presence and reputation. By identifying opportunities, deepening relationships, and developing strong teams, the Market Manager helps position the Bank as the premier financial partner for businesses, professionals, and high-net-worth clients whose needs extend beyond traditional banking.

The ideal candidate combines proven leadership capabilities, strong credit and business acumen, relationship-driven business development expertise, and the ability to execute quickly in a collaborative, entrepreneurial banking environment. This individual must be equally comfortable leading people, managing complex client relationships, driving profitability, and partnering with executive leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives.
