As we expand our go-to-market team, we’re hiring an Inside Sales Representative to help engage ABA clinics, generate interest in our platform, and support our sales pipeline.
Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative will focus on outbound outreach, lead qualification, and meeting generation. This role is well-suited for individuals currently working as RBTs or in clinical roles who are eager to transition into Sales. You will engage prospects, nurture leads, and support Account Executives with preparation, follow-up, and pipeline management. As you develop, you will be trained to conduct discovery calls, deliver demos, and potentially own a full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting
• Make 60–100 outbound calls per day to ABA clinics and small healthcare practices
• Send targeted follow-up emails, sequences, and LinkedIn messages to increase engagement
Lead Qualification
• Conduct brief discovery to assess needs, challenges, and fit
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
• Maintain consistent follow-up to move leads through the pipeline
Pipeline & CRM Management
• Log all activities, notes, and status updates in HubSpot
• Maintain organized, accurate records of all outreach and lead interactions
Sales Support
• Assist AEs with demo prep, proposals, research, and follow-up
• Participate in team meetings, pipeline reviews, and campaign launches
Collaboration
• Work closely with Marketing on cadences, messaging, and targeted campaigns
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoff of warm inbound leads
Performance Metrics
• Outbound call volume
• Qualified meetings scheduled
• Meeting show rates
• Conversion to Sales-Qualified Opportunities (SQOs)
Qualifications
Required
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, RBT roles, or clinical environments
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and confident phone communication
• Highly organized, coachable, and motivated by KPIs and goals
• Strong written communication and follow-up discipline
Preferred
• Experience in sales or as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Familiarity with ABA therapy and clinic operations
• Exposure to healthcare, behavioral health, or SaaS tools
• Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM
