What will be your Responsibilities and Duties:
- Swimming instruction for children and adults, from beginner or competitive.
- Deliver learning progression in a safe and fun environment.
- Safely guard and enforce all pool safety rules along with lifeguards.
- Commit to the assigned work shifts or schedules.
- Timely recognize & respond to emergencies with care as trained.
You’d be a strong candidate if:
- Love working with children of all ages
- Have attention to details and awareness of pool safety
- Ability to swim well (competitive swim experience is a plus, but not required)
- Swim Instruction Experience (preferred not required)
- Ability to teach kids, connect with kids and have patience with kids
- Energetic, positive, friendly, adaptable and reliable
- Lifeguard experience with active ARC Lifeguard Certification (preferred not required)
- Must be 16 years or older and fluent in English
- Ability to pass criminal background check

The Academy also provides modern, safe, clean, and well-maintained indoor swim facilities in both Dublin and Fremont locations

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
