- Support the SPARR Investment Manager in driving the strategic direction of the Real Assets investment program, monitoring portfolios, improving top-down analytics, and preparing key reports and presentations.
- Oversee and analyze periodic Real Assets reports, present findings to team members, and act as a backup for performance and attribution reporting.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Automated Real Estate Investment System (AREIS), ensuring optimal system performance, resolving issues, and driving system enhancements or replacements.
- Lead or contribute to initiatives aimed at improving data collection, workflows, analytics, and business intelligence within the Real Assets program.
- Lead or assist with special projects, INVO-wide initiatives, policy enhancements, and team training, while supporting the SPARR Investment Manager as needed.
