Responsibilities
- Support youth with daily routines, hygiene, chores, and personal development
- Engage in group therapy and team-building activities
- Ensure a safe, structured, and emotionally supportive environment
- Participate in engaging on- and off-campus activities that promote healing and personal growth.
- Implement treatment strategies alongside clinical teams
- Maintain professional boundaries while offering genuine mentorship
- High School Diploma or GED
- Age 21
- Ability to pass background checks and physical
- Experience in residential care or with at-risk youth preferred (but not required)
