Job Title: Corporate Auditor
Overview
The Corporate Auditor helps review and monitor hotel operations to make sure everything runs correctly and follows company policies. This role focuses on accuracy, saving money, and keeping all reports up to date.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize daily mail; follow up promptly on any important or time-sensitive items.
- Ensure all chargebacks are addressed and responded to by the General Managers within the required timeframe.
- Review property audits regularly to confirm accurate records, proper documentation, and necessary approvals.
- Monitor and verify comps, rate overrides, refunds, and out-of-order room reports for accuracy and policy compliance.
- Conduct OTA reconciliations to minimize unnecessary commission expenses.
- Prepare and distribute a weekly KPI summary to track and evaluate hotel performance.
- Ensure all incoming leads and inquiries are responded to within 24 hours.
- Requirements:
- Prior experience in hotel operations, finance, or accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic accounting systems.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage and follow up with multiple hotel locations simultaneously.
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned in support of operational and financial goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.37 - $22.53 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
