THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR SALES TEAM MANAGER - FIELD PRODUCER
THE SCHEDULE:
This full‑time position follows a Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM schedule, with night and weekend availability as needed.
YOUR ROLE:
As our Sales Team Manager - Field Producer, you'll spend your days guiding your sales team toward success while staying active in the field. You'll meet with homeowners, coach your team on KPIs, and provide one‑on‑one development to strengthen individual performance and overall team momentum. Your leadership will shape the daily rhythm, drive results, build relationships, and ensure everyone has the tools they need to succeed.
