Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, family-centered environment and is passionate about pediatric care. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care for infants, children, and adolescents, focusing on preventive health, wellness education, and the management of both acute and chronic conditions. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough health assessments and physical examinations for pediatric patients
- Diagnose and manage common childhood illnesses and injuries
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, nutrition, growth, and development
§ Maintain accurate and timely medical records in the electronic medical record (EMR)
§ Participate in quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and team meetings
- Addressing patient/family calls, emails, and messages in a friendly and timely manner
- Collaborate with the physician and care team to ensure continuity of patient care management including performing exams, diagnostic procedures/treatments, and minor medical procedures.
Qualifications
§ Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of North Carolina
§ Certification in Pediatric or Family Practice preferred (PNP-PC or PNC-AC)
§ Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience (preferred but not required); new graduates with pediatric clinical rotations will be considered
§ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
§ Commitment to compassionate, family-centered care
§ Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends
- Compensation: Competitive hourly or salaried rate based on experience
Pay: $84,240.00 - $95,580.00 per year
