Summary/Objective:
We are looking for experienced, self-motivated individuals to join a small manufacturing team within a family owned and operated company. Since 1903, Callisons has innovated mint production and flavor profiles. Essential Functions:
- Operate manual equipment and hand tools associated with production work, such as scales, drum cart, pallet jack, drum stacker, plug wrenches, torque wrenches, seal removal tools etc.
- Skilled in utilizing ERP platforms
- Operate a forklift; may operate shrink-wrap and banding machine; may load and unload supplies and equipment; may operate a company vehicle, may assist in the routine maintenance of equipment; may shut down machines, lock warehouse and set alarms.
- Able to carry out all aspects of processing a WO (liquid)
- Show aptitude to become familiar with other production processes and machines (distillation & dry goods)
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Prepare routine production paperwork
- Maintain quality, safety, and/or contamination control standards
Travel requirements
- Occasional travel between facilities
Required education and experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3-5 years in a food manufacturing environment
Additional eligibility requirements
- Completion of a satisfactory background check
- Valid Driver’s License (Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report)
