Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality wall preparation, prime coats, and finish coats on all surfaces as per job scope.
- Protect surrounding areas to ensure precision and cleanliness in every job.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, the production team, and the sales team.
- Ensure professional and efficient daily operations on each job.
- Adhere to all safety protocols at all times.
- Provide assistance and support to the Production Manager as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience: Preferably 2-3 years of residential painting experience.
- Willingness to Learn: Eager to advance your skills and grow with the company.
- Team Player: Able to take direction well and work collaboratively.
