Full-time, Fri - Tues Morning and Night Shifts

$17.50 an hour plus cash & debit tips

Position Summary:

Assist the management team with the operation of the store, while abiding by policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Responsible for educating and helping customers, operating the point of sale system (Flowhub), and handling cash. In addition to budtending, daily tasks include answering the receptionist window, filling jars of flower, stickering inventory, pre-packing, etc. Must work well with other team members and be willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for product knowledge to educate and assist customers
• Accurately use and maintain the POS system
• Correct cash handling and discount application
• Enter customer data into the rewards program
• Answer the phone and greet walk-in customers
• Store organization and cleanliness
• Understand & implement federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry

Additional Requirements:

• Colorado driver’s license or State ID card
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Must pass all required background checks
• Must obtain and retain a state-issued MED support badge

Preferred Experience:

• Customer Service- 1 year
• Budtending- 1 year
• Cannabis POS Operation- 1 year
• Flowhub experience a plus!
